What to expect when you lay on your mat the first time:

• Initially, a bit of discomfort- naturally your body will want to resist, but it is important to relax. Wear some loose clothing for a softer affect while getting accustomed if required.
• After a minute or so the initial discomfort will subside and you will begin to feel a tingling. This is your body's reaction to the stimulation and soon you will feel a warming sensation, and eventually an overall sense of tranquility.

Tip: Practice breathing deeply while on the mat. We recommend daily sessions of up to 25-30min on your back, 12min on your neck, 5min on feet and/or laying on your front.
