This mop is seriously the greatest thing ever. Mopping my floors is actually fun, and its so much easier for quick spills or to spot clean on the go too like when the dogs come in from outside! Dream mop.

Very happy with this product, much better clean than the previous one. Only complaint I have is it takes almost five hours to charge, which can be annoying.

Was Great Until It Wasn't

Mop worked great... and then it stopped.
I bought a replacement charger, no change.
It's a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't last long. And it looks like I'm not the only one.
